This agreement sets out the rules of participation and establishes the procedure for the relationship between the participants of the community. This agreement is concluded by joining it by new participants after completing the registration procedure on the website http://m3x-in.com
1. General Provisions
1.1. The online resource M3X incom, hereinafter referred to as the Contractor, addresses this Offer Agreement to any person (indefinite circle of persons) who has expressed readiness to use the Contractor's services (hereinafter referred to as the Participant).
1.2. This Agreement is an official offer of the Contractor to enter into contractual relations related to participation in the online community M3X incom
1.3. Acceptance of the Agreement is registration on the Contractor's website http://m3x-in.com
1.4. By accepting the Agreement, the Participant guarantees that he has read, agrees and fully accepts all the terms of the Agreement as set forth in the text of this Agreement.
1.5. By performing actions to accept the Agreement, the Participant guarantees that he has the legal right to enter into contractual relations with the Contractor.
1.6. The agreement cannot be revoked after its acceptance by the Participant.
1.7. The agreement does not require sealing and/or signing by the Participant and the Contractor (hereinafter referred to as the "Parties"), while retaining full legal force.
Terms and Definitions:
Participant — a person who has reached the age of 18, agreed to the terms of this Agreement, and joined it, confirming this by registering on the website http://m3x-in.com
Community — a group of Participants united by common interests, views, goals and principles on the resource http://m3x-in.com, as well as the totality of connections and mutual obligations between them described in this Agreement.
Invitation — the process of informing a person or group of persons about the possibility of participating in the Community, carried out by an existing community member, as a result of which a new participant(s) is registered.
Curator (information curator or inviter) — a participant by whose personal recommendation (invitation) a new participant was registered.
Partner structure — a group of community participants who are in team relationships formed during the joining of new participants to the community.
Personal account — a web interface accessed by login and password, allowing you to manage statistical and other information.
2. Registration in the community
To register, the Participant undertakes to provide reliable and complete information about himself in the registration form posted on the page http://m3x-in.com. The Contractor reserves the right at any time to request confirmation of the data. The participant's personal information is processed and stored confidentially.
3. Provision and receipt of assistance
After registration in the community, the participant is offered to provide assistance in the amounts and on the terms specified in the community rules. After providing primary assistance, the participant is assigned the First level. Only participants with activated levels can receive assistance from other community members.
3.1. A participant who has not activated the level does not have the opportunity to sell it. Transfers sent to such a participant are taken into account as “lost profit” and are credited to the project account M3X incom as donations.
3.2. The return of the assistance provided is not carried out.
4. Rules for providing assistance
Assistance is provided once for the entire period of stay in the Community and exclusively through the Personal Account interface.
5. Rights and obligations

5.1.2. The Contractor has the right at any time to demand confirmation of the participant's personal data and to suspend the execution of this agreement in case of their non-confirmation.
5.1.3. The Contractor has the right to suspend the servicing of the participant's personal account in case of violation of the rules of this agreement.

7. Liability
The Contractor is liable only for the functioning of the Personal Account. The Contractor is not responsible for the operation of payment systems.
8. Liability for fraudulent actions
In case of fraudulent actions by a participant, the Contractor has the right to block access to the Personal Account.
9. Force majeure
The Contractor is released from liability in case of force majeure circumstances (fires, floods, sanctions, attacks on the site, etc.).
10. Right to make changes to this agreement
The Contractor reserves the right to adjust and make changes to this agreement. The participant has the right to refuse to participate if he does not agree.
